To all of our valued customers,

These are difficult and uncertain times for everybody, so we just wanted to give you all an update!

OUR POSITION
Unless the government tells us otherwise, we will be business as usual. Our opening hours will remain the same, and we will be contactable by phone and email. We will also remain open for customer visits. Any updates to this will be published both on our website and on our Facebook page, so do keep an eye out! Currently we are not experiencing any problems with sourcing parts or consumables for your projects, and we do not currently foresee any serious issues with this.

SAFETY MEASURES
As anybody who has visited us will know, we have the advantage of being situated in a remote rural area, meaning we are at a low risk - however we need to put in place measures to keep things this way!
We are following government guidelines and providing both our staff and customers with hand soap and disinfectant, upping our cleaning frequency of facilities, and providing disposable paper towels instead of normal hand towels. We have briefed our staff, who will stay at home if they have any illness or any risk of contact with coronavirus. In order to keep our workshops up and running, it is important that we do not introduce the virus to our site - So we ask all of our customers to avoid visiting in person if you are ill or have any reason to believe you may have had contact with the virus.

LOGISTICAL MEASURES
We understand that many people will be cautious over personal contact as the virus becomes more widespread, and for that reason we would like to remind you that we can offer a collection and delivery service for all of your projects, from single components, through to carburettors, engines, cars and motorcycles. We have access to various national courier services, and have our own collection and delivery service for those of you who are more local. For those who don't already know, we run a collection service with a fully enclosed car trailer, in person and fully insured to make sure your pride and joy is taken good care of. For those asked to self-isolate or who are at a higher risk, we do not need to meet face to face and we can discuss any requirements necessary - just give us a call.

THERE IS ALWAYS A POSITIVE
Anyone who needs to self isolate, or is avoiding social contact may find themselves with more time to get on with their projects, and we would like you to know we are here to help! There is still time to get your car or bike fettled ready for the warmer weather - self isolation doesn't stop you going for a nice drive in the country!

Like all of the smaller local businesses during this time of uncertainty, we would very much value your continuing support and custom.

Best Wishes,

Dave, Aaron and the rest of the team here at Exeter Engineering.
